Time Table:


  • Is there a dress code to attend the conference and exhibition?

    Yes, AOSC is a professional trade exhibition and conference. We enforce a dress code, where all attendees must be appropriately dressed in business attired and covered shoes. Bermuda, shorts and slippers are not allowed.



  • When does the online registration close?

    Online registration will close on 08 February 2018 (2359 hours, GMT +8).

  • Does the ticket price include the workshops?

    No, ticket prices listed does not includes the Pre- and/or Post-Congress Workshops.

  • Are meals provided with the registration?

    Lunch and refreshments will be provided for fully registered conference delegates.

  • If I have registered earlier but could not turn up for the conference, can I pass my conference pass to my friend?

    No, conference passes are non-transferrable. Please refer to our cancellation policies for more information on possible refunds.

  • I do not wish to attend the Conference but would like to attend the exhibition. Is this possible?

    Yes, entrance to the trade exhibition is free only for visitors whom pre-register online.

  • I lost my badge during the conference. Can I have my badge reprinted?

    Your badge represents your admission ticket to AOSC and allows you to take advantage of event privileges accorded to your badge category. If you lose or misplace your badge, a replacement fee of SGD 50 for conference delegates and SGD 20 for exhibition visitors will be charged. There are no exceptions to this policy; you must wear your badge each time you wish to enter the event halls.



  • Will CPE points be awarded if I sign up for the conference and workshops?

    Yes, up to 35 CPE points can be attained by attending the congress with valid badges (Note: It is up to the individual National Dental Council in your country to accredit the CPE points awarded for AOSC. Accreditation may vary for different countries).

  • How are CPE points recorded?

    For CPE points to be recorded, please make sure that your badge is scanned when you enter the conference hall. Points will not be recorded if your badge is scanned.

  • How can I access my CPE points after the event?

    Local Delegates:
    CPE points will be uploaded automatically to the Singapore Dental Council. Please allow at least one month post event for the uploading of points.

    Foreign Delegates:
    A digital certificate of participation with CPE points will be sent out via email up to one month post event.



  • Does AOSC offer special hotel discounts to conference delegates?

    Yes, please refer to our official hotels page for the special rates offered by our partner hotels.

  • Is Wifi available at the event venue?

    Yes, free wifi is available at the venue. Please approach our counter staff to find out what network to connect to.

  • How can I reach the venue in Singapore?

  • Why has AOSC 2021 moved to a fully online format?

    With COVID-19 continuing to prevail around the world and with the constantly changing social and travel restrictions, the organising committee has decided to move AOSC 2021 to a fully online format to be able to move forward with planning for AOSC 2021. We would like to thank all our partners, stakeholders and participants for their understanding and support in this new move.

  • When and for how long will AOSC 2021 take place?

    The Online Edition of AOSC 2021 will take place from 2 – 11 July 2021. The event has been expanded from its 3-day format to a total of 10 days to give delegates more time to watch all conference sessions.

  • What can participants to the Online Edition of AOSC 2021 expect from the experience?

    The organisers are working on putting together an insightful conference together with opportunities to interact with speakers and participants. Stay tuned for more information.

  • Will CPE points be awarded if I sign up for the conference?

    Yes, Continuing Professional Education Points (CPE Points) will be awarded for the AOSC Conference. Please stay tuned for further details.

  • When will registration for the event open?

  • I do not wish to attend the conference but would like to attend the exhibition only. Is this possible?

    Yes, there will be an option to get to know the AOSC exhibitors online. More information will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

  • When and where will the next physical edition of AOSC be?

    The biennial orthodontic event will return to its established format at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore in 2023.
