Only accepted posters of registered conference delegates will be displayed.

Poster Categories

Participants can choose a to prepare a scientific poster on one of the 2 (two) categories, Case Report and Research Project. The judging panel will award the best poster from each category at AOSC 2025.

Case Report

Best Case Report Prize: SGD300

Research Project

Best Research Project Prize: SGD600

Competition Timeline

Phase 1 - Submission of Posters

Submit your posters in our online form by 16 November 2024, 2359 hrs (GMT 8)

Phase 2 - Review and Confirmation

The Jury will review all posters and all accepted posters will be displayed on our website.

Phase 3 - Presentation and Judging

All accepted posters will be digitally displayed onsite on a rotational schedule. Out of the accepted posters, selected top posters will be invited to present their abstracts in front of the judges onsite on 1 March 2025.

Phase 4 - Winner Prize Presentation

Following the presentations, the judging committee will recognise the winning presenter for each category. The winners will be announced onsite on 2 March 2025. Prizes and certificates will be presented to the winners on stage.

Submission Guidelines

Abstracts must be written in English and not exceeding 350 words
Font size used should be 12pt and larger
Poster size should be exactly 1080px (w) x 1920px (h), posters that do not adhere to our sizing requirements will be asked to be redone.
Only posters in portrait layout will be accepted.
Posters should be submitted in PDF format.
Presenters must submit:
1. Presentation Title
2. Presenting Author Name
3. Research Type
4. Research Design
5. Aim of the Study
6. Materials and Method
7. Results
8. Conclusion

Terms and Conditions

All accepted poster candidates will be required to register for the AOSC 2025 Scientific Conference.
Abstracts received after 16 November 2024, 2359hrs (GMT 8) will not be evaluated and automatically deemed not accepted.
